PILOTI SLAB INSULATION COMPLEX STRUCTURE
The present invention provides a composite insulation structure applied to a piloti slab of an apartment house, which is to form a multi-layered insulation layer on the bottom of the piloti slab and to monitor the performance of insulators in real time to immediately replace the insulators when the insulating performance falls below a certain level. The composite insulation structure includes a piloti slab spaced upward from the ground by columns; planar main insulators accommodated in respective accommodation spaces formed at intervals from top to bottom inside the bottom of the piloti slab; doors formed on sidewalls of the piloti slab and opened and closed so that the main insulators are drawn in or out; and a heat insulating material supply unit for supplying or discharging a gel-like heat insulating material to each of the accommodation spaces according to the opening and closing of each of the doors.
본 발명은 기둥에 의해 지상으로부터 상방으로 이격되는 피로티 층; 상기 피로티 층의 바닥의 내부에 상하를 따라 간격을 이루어 형성되는 수용공간들 각각에 수용되는 판 상의 주 단열재들; 상기 피로티 층의 측벽에 형성되어, 상기 주 단열재들이 인출 또는 인입되도록 개폐되는 도어들; 및, 상기 도어들 각각의 개폐에 따라 상기 수용 공간들 각각에 겔 상의 단열 물질을 공급 또는 배출하는 단열 물질 공급부;를 포함하는 공동주택 피로티층에 적용되는 복합단열구조물을 제공한다.
