The present invention relates to a project window handle with an unlocking structure, which is used for a project window (the so-called 'PJ window') which is opened/closed based on a hinge formed on one side of the window by pushing and pulling the other side. A mounting head to be mounted on the window is integrated with the handle. The project window handle includes a latch bundle mounting unit, a rotary link installation unit, a push bar operation unit, and a control button operation unit. On a front end of the latch bundle mounting unit, a latch hole is formed. The control button operation unit includes: a handle body with a control button hole; a cover engaged with the handle body; a latch bundle mounted on the latch bundle mounting unit of the handle body and including a latch hole and a matching latch tunnel; a latch guided to appear/disappear to the latch tunnel of the latch bundle; a link installed to rotate around a shaft pin on the rotary link installation unit; a push bar configured to move forward/backward in the push bar operation unit of the handle body and having a round link push head formed on a front end and having an inclined sliding surface on a rear side; and a control button installed on the control button operation unit to penetrate the control button hole and mounted on a spring to be guided by the guide pin and appear/disappear and having an inclined sliding surface corresponding to the sliding surface of the push bar.
본 발명은 창문의 일 측에 힌지를 구성하고 타측을 밀고 당기는 동작으로 힌지를 기준으로 열었다 닫는 프로젝트 창문(일명 PJ창)에 사용되는 언록킹 구조를 갖는 프로젝트 창문 손잡이에 관한 것으로, 일 측을 힌지로 구성하고 타측을 밀고 당겨서 열고 닫는 프로젝트 창문의 손잡이를 구성함에 있어서, 창문에 장착하는 장착헤드를 일체로 구성하여, 내부에 빗장뭉치장착부와, 회전링크설치부와, 푸시바동작부와, 조작버튼작동부를 구성하며, 상기 빗장뭉치장착부 선단에는 빗장공이 형성되고 조작버튼작동부에는 조작버튼공이 형성된 손잡이몸체와; 상기 손잡이몸체에 결합되는 덮개와; 상기 손잡이몸체의 빗장뭉치장착부에 장착되며, 빗장공과 일치하는 빗장터널을 구성한 빗장뭉치와; 상기 빗장뭉치의 빗장터널에 안내되어 출몰하는 빗장과; 상기 손잡이몸체의 회전링크설치부에 축핀을 기준으로 회동하도록 설치되는 링크와; 상기 손잡이몸체의 푸시바동작부에서 전, 후진하도록 구성되고, 선단에는 둥근 링크푸시헤드가 형성되며 후방에는 경사진 슬라이딩면을 형성한 푸시바와; 상기 조작버튼작동부에 조작버튼공을 관통하도록 설치되어 가이드핀에 안내되면서 출몰하도록 스프링에 탄지되고, 상기 푸시바의 슬라이딩면에 대응하는 경사진 슬라이딩면을 형성한 조작버튼으로 구성하는 언 록킹 구조를 갖는 프로젝트 창문 손잡이를 완성한다.
The present invention relates to a project window handle with an unlocking structure, which is used for a project window (the so-called 'PJ window') which is opened/closed based on a hinge formed on one side of the window by pushing and pulling the other side. A mounting head to be mounted on the window is integrated with the handle. The project window handle includes a latch bundle mounting unit, a rotary link installation unit, a push bar operation unit, and a control button operation unit. On a front end of the latch bundle mounting unit, a latch hole is formed.
