Mold Panel Having Sound Absorption Member
The present invention relates to a form panel having a sound absorption member, which can alleviate noise and vibration generated when a worker removes a form at a construction site. According to features of the present invention, a panel has a rectangular blocking plate to block concrete injected into a form temporarily installed when constructing a building, a frame fixed and installed on the rear side of the blocking plate to maintain the blocking plate in a flat state, and an installation space therein by coupling the blocking plate and the frame. The form panel having a sound absorption member comprises: a reinforcing pipe installed on the frame in a bar shape, reinforcing the strength of the frame, and performing the role of a handle; and a sound absorption member inserted and fixed between the blocking plate and the reinforcing pipe to reduce the vibration of the blocking plate. The sound absorption member has a mounting part on which the reinforcing pipe is mounted, a skirt part (123) coming in contact with the inner surface of the blocking plate, and a shoulder part formed as an inclined surface to mount the reinforcing pipe on the mounting part. A space part (F) is formed in a direction toward the blocking plate by the skirt part (123).
본 발명은 공사현장에서 작업자가 거푸집을 해체할 때 발생되는 소음 및 진동을 완화시킬 수 있는 흡음부재가 구비된 거푸집패널에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 특징에 따르면, 건축물 시공시 가설된 거푸집에 주입된 콘크리트를 막기 위한 장방형의 막음판; 상기 막음판이 평평한 상태를 유지할 수 있도록 상기 막음판의 배면에 고정 설치되는 프레임; 상기 막음판과 프레임이 결합되어 내부에 설치공간을 갖는 패널에 있어서, 상기 프레임에 바(bar) 형태로 설치되는 것으로서, 상기 프레임의 강도를 보강하며 손잡이 역할을 수행하는 보강관; 상기 보강관과 막음판 사이에 끼워져 고정됨으로써 상기 막음판의 진동을 감쇄시키는 흡음부재를 포함하되, 상기 흡음부재는; 상기 보강관이 안착되는 안착부와, 상기 막음판의 내면과 맞닿는 스커트부(123)와, 상기 보강관이 안착부에 안착되도록 경사면으로 형성된 어깨부를 가지며, 상기 스커트부(123)에 의해 상기 막음판을 향한 방향으로 공간부(F)가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는, 흡음부재가 구비된 거푸집패널이 제공된다.
