To improve sound absorption effect of a sound absorption member.SOLUTION: A sound absorption member 1 is formed of a ceramic porous body in a three-dimensional mesh structure having communicating pores, and comprises a body part 7 and a dense part 9 at an outer periphery of the body part. An average pore diameter D1 of the dense part 9 and an average pore diameter D2 of the body part 7 satisfy a relational expression of D2>D1. It is desirable to satisfy relational expression of D2/D1≥2.00. Sound absorption effect can be improved by adopting such a structure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】吸音部材の吸音効果を向上させる。【解決手段】吸音部材1は、連通気孔を有する3次元網目構造のセラミックス多孔体からなり、本体部7と、本体部の外周に緻密部9を備えている。緻密部9の平均気孔径D1と、本体部7の平均気孔径D2は、D2>D1の関係式を満たす。D2/D1≧2.00の関係式を満たすことが望ましい。この構成を採用することで、吸音効果を高めることができる。【選択図】図1
