The present invention relates to a waterproofing construction method using an insulating waterproof composite sheet with excellent insulation, heat blocking, waterproofing and condensation prevention which includes a nonwoven fabric sheet layer impregnated with aerogel and a thermosetting recycled polyurethane sheet layer overlapped with the nonwoven fabric sheet layer impregnated with aerogel. According to the present invention, the nonwoven fabric sheet layer impregnated with aerogel is included to additionally secure sufficient air layers to have excellent insulation, heat blocking, and waterproofing effects and facilitate coupling to the thermosetting recycled polyurethane sheet layer. An improved background adjustment material is used to be chemically stable, have excellent compressive strength, harden quickly, allow construction even at a subzero temperature and in a wet state, provide excellent attaching power to a floor surface, and have Gore-Tex performance with a waterproof property for preventing upper water infiltration while having permeability for discharging moisture of the floor surface therethrough.
본 발명은 에어로젤 함침 부직포 시트층; 및 상기 에어로젤 함침 부직포 시트층에 중첩되는 열경화성 재생 폴리우레탄 시트층;을 포함하는 단열, 차열, 방수 및 결로방지가 우수한 단열방수 복합시트를 이용한 방수시공방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 에어로젤이 함침된 부직포 시트층을 포함함으로써, 충분한 공기층을 추가 확보하여 단열, 차열, 방수 효과가 우수할 뿐 아니라 열경화성 재생 폴리우레탄 시트층과의 결합이 용이하고, 개선된 바탕조정재를 사용함으로써 화학적으로 안정하고, 압축강도가 우수하며, 신속히 경화되고, 영하의 온도와 습윤 상태에서도 시공이 가능하며, 바닥면과 우수한 부착력을 발휘되고, 바닥면의 수분이 투과하여 배출되는 통기성을 가지면서도 상부의 물은 침투하지 않는 방수성을 갖는 고어텍스 성능을 가질 수 있다.
