Building waterproofing structure with insulation and waterproofing function and its construction method
The present invention relates to a building waterproofing structure with an insulation and waterproofing function and a construction method thereof. More specifically, the construction method of a building waterproofing structure installed on the rooftop floor of a building for insulation and waterproofing comprises: an insulation and waterproofing construction preparing step of removing foreign substances on the rooftop floor of the building and cleaning the rooftop floor; a rooftop floor waterproofing structure construction step of constructing and installing a waterproofing structure on the rooftop floor of the building; and a waterproofing structure finishing step of removing foreign substances of the waterproofing structure constructed on the rooftop floor and inspecting the waterproofing structure. The waterproofing structure includes: an elastic sticking frame arranged on the edge portion of the rooftop floor, and made of a synthetic resin material with elasticity sticking to the side of the rooftop; insulation panels arranged in the elastic sticking frame, and affixed to the rooftop floor to be fixed; a first waterproof layer formed while covering the insulation panels fixed on the rooftop floor; waterproof panels arranged in the elastic sticking frame and affixed to an upper portion of the insulation panels to be fixed; and a second waterproof layer formed while covering an upper portion of the elastic sticking frame and the waterproof panels. In the rooftop floor waterproofing structure construction step, a monitoring work guide step is added to identify a site work situation by a monitoring work guide means and transmit a danger signal when an emergency situation occurs to construct the waterproofing structure by using the insulation panels and the waterproof panels to provide the effect of excellent waterproofing and insulation and excellent construction convenience.
본 발명은 단열방수 기능을 갖춘 건축물 방수구조 및 그 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 단열과 방수가 이루어지도록 건축물의 옥상 바닥면에 설치되는 건축물 방수구조의 시공방법으로서, 상기 건축물의 옥상 바닥면에 이물질을 제거하고 세척하는 단열 방수시공준비단계와, 상기 건축물의 옥상 바닥면에 방수구조를 시공하여 설치하는 옥상 바닥면 방수구조 시공단계와, 상기 옥상 바닥면에 시공된 상기 방수구조의 이물질을 제거하고 검수하는 방수구조 마감단계로 이루어지며, 상기 방수구조는, 상기 옥상의 바닥면 테두리 부분에 배치되고, 상기 옥상의 측면과 밀착되는 탄성을 갖는 합성수지재로 이루어진 탄성밀착틀과, 상기 탄성밀착틀의 내부에 배치되며, 상기 옥상의 바닥면과 접착되어 고정되는 단열패널들과, 상기 옥상의 바닥면에 고정된 상기 단열패널들을 덮으면서 형성되는 제1방수층과, 상기 탄성밀착틀의 내부에 배치되고 상기 단열패널의 상부에 접착되어 고정되는 방수패널들과, 상기 방수패널들과 상기 탄성밀착틀의 상부를 덮으면서 형성되는 제2방수층으로 이루어지며, 상기 옥상 바닥면 방수구조 시공단계에서는 모니터링작업안내수단에 의해 현장의 작업상황을 파악하고, 위급상황발생시 위험신호를 송출하도록 모니터링작업안내단계가 더 추가되어 단열패널과 방수패널을 이용하여 시공함으로서, 방수성은 물론 단열성이 우수하고, 시공 편의성이 우수한 효과가 있다.
