The present invention relates to a masonry wall connection device used for binding a concrete wall and a masonry wall. The masonry wall connection device comprises: an insert (30) inserted into a brick hole (21); a pair of curling support plates (31)(32) bent toward different centers from both ends of the insert (30); a pair of curling parts (33)(34) formed cylindrically at both ends of the curling support plates (31)(32), each being concentric with the different centers of the brick hole (21); a channel-shaped fixing bracket (40) positioned between the concrete wall (22) and brick (20) and installed on the concrete wall (22); an upward bracket (41) installed under the fixing bracket (40), directed toward the brick hole (21) along the bottom surface of the brick (20), and inserted into one curling part (33) from a lower portion of the brick hole (21); a lower flange (42) formed on the outer surface of the upward bracket (41) and retained to the bottom of one curling part (33); a slide bracket (50) with a U-shaped cross-section inserted downward from the top of the fixing bracket (40); a downward bracket (51) installed above the slide bracket (50), directed toward the brick hole (21) along the top surface of the brick (20), and inserted into the other curling part (34) from an upper portion of the brick hole (21); and an upper flange (52) formed on the outer circumferential surface of the downward bracket (51) and is retained to the top of the other curling part (34). Therefore, the masonry wall connection device can restrict the vertical and horizontal movement of the brick (20) and prevent the horizontal rotation of the brick (20).
본 발명은 콘크리트벽과 조적벽 간을 결속하는데 이용하는 건축용 조적벽 연결장치에 관한 것으로, 벽돌구멍(21)으로 삽입되는 인서트(30); 인서트(30)의 양단에서 서로 다른 중심을 향해 절곡되는 한 쌍의 컬링지지판(31)(32); 컬링지지판(31)(32)의 양단에 각각 원통형으로 형성되고, 벽돌구멍(21)이 갖는 서로 다른 중심들에 각각 동심을 이루는 한 쌍의 컬링부(33)(34); 콘크리트벽(22)과 벽돌(20) 사이에 위치되고, 콘크리트벽(22)에 설치되는 채널 형태의 고정브래킷(40); 고정브래킷(40)의 하부에 설치되고, 벽돌(20)의 저면을 따라 벽돌구멍(21)으로 향하고, 벽돌구멍(21)의 하부에서 한쪽 컬링부(33)로 삽입되는 상향꺾쇠(41); 상향꺾쇠(41)의 외주면에 형성되고, 한쪽 컬링부(33)의 하단에 걸리는 하부플랜지(42); 고정브래킷(40)의 상단에서 아래쪽을 향해 삽입되는 ㄷ자 단면의 슬라이드 브래킷(50); 슬라이드 브래킷(50)의 상부에 설치되고, 벽돌(20)의 상면을 따라 벽돌구멍(21)으로 향하고, 벽돌구멍(21)의 상부에서 다른쪽 컬링부(34)로 삽입되는 하향꺾쇠(51); 하향꺾쇠(51)의 외주면에 형성되고, 다른쪽 컬링부(34)의 상단에 걸리는 상부플랜지(52)를 포함한다.
The present invention relates to a masonry wall connection device used for binding a concrete wall and a masonry wall.
