The present invention relates to a cleaning water discharge control valve usable as an inspection port. An objective of the present invention is to provide a cleaning water discharge control valve usable as an inspection port which can independently control water discharge without installing a separate water discharge valve. To achieve the objective, the cleaning water discharge control valve usable as an inspection port comprises: a valve body having a first flange and a second flange formed on both sides thereof, a third flange with an inlet formed on the upper end of the middle thereof, and an outlet for discharging fluid formed on the lower end of the middle thereof; a cover coupled to the third flange to open and close the inlet; a handle assembly including a handle shaft coupled to the cover in a rotatably structure while vertically penetrating the cover; and a conic wedge-type valve cock coupled to the outlet, formed in an integrated structure with a valve base coupled to the handle shaft to be separated from the valve body with the cover and the handle assembly when the cover is separated from the third flange, and opening and closing the outlet while vertically moving by the handle shaft. A female screw part is formed on the handle shaft, and a male screw part fastened to the female screw part is formed on the upper end of the valve base to allow the valve base and the conic wedge-type valve cock to open and close the outlet while moving upwards or downwards in the rotating direction of the handle shaft. Two or more supports protruding downwards from the bottom surface to be inserted into the outlet are formed on the conic wedge-type valve cock. A support groove coupled to the supports is further formed on the outlet.
본 발명은 점검구겸 세척 퇴수 제수밸브에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 별도의 퇴수밸브를 설치할 필요 없이 자체적으로 퇴수를 제어할 수 있도록 한 점검구겸 세척 퇴수 제수밸브를 제공함에 있다. 이를 위한 본 발명은 제1플랜지와 제2플랜지가 양측에 형성되고, 투입구가 구비된 제3플랜지가 중앙 상단부에 형성되며, 유체의 배출을 위한 배출구가 중앙 하단부에 형성된 것으로 이루어진 밸브본체; 상기 투입구를 개폐하도록 제3플랜지에 결합되는 커버; 상기 커버를 수직 방향으로 관통한 채로 커버에 회전 가능한 구조로 결합된 핸들축을 포함하는 핸들조립체; 및 상기 배출구에 결합되며, 상기 핸들축에 결합되는 밸브대와 일체형의 구조로 형성되어 커버가 제3플랜지로부터 분리될 때 커버 및 핸들조립체와 함께 밸브본체로부터 분리되고, 핸들축에 의해 상하로 이동하면서 배출구를 개폐하는 원추쐐기형 밸브콕;으로 구성되고, 상기 핸들축에는 암나사부가 형성되고, 상기 암나사부와 체결되는 수나사부가 밸브대의 상단부에 형성되어 핸들축의 회전 방향에 따라 밸브대와 원추쐐기형 밸브콕이 상부 또는 하부로 이동하면서 배출구를 개폐하도록 구성되며, 상기 원추쐐기형 밸브콕에는 저면으로부터 하부 방향으로 돌출되어 배출구에 삽입되는 2개 이상의 지지대가 더 형성되고, 상기 배출구에는 지지대와 결합되는 지지홈이 더 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 점검구겸 세척 퇴수 제수밸브를 제공한다.

The present invention relates to a cleaning water discharge control valve usable as an inspection port. An objective of the present invention is to provide a cleaning water discharge control valve usable as an inspection port which can independently control water discharge without installing a separate water discharge valve. To achieve the objective, the cleaning water discharge control valve usable as an inspection port comprises: a valve body having a first flange and a second flange formed on both sides thereof, a third flange with an inlet formed on the upper end of the middle thereof, and an outlet for discharging fluid formed on the lower end of the middle thereof; a cover coupled to the third flange to open and close the inlet; a handle assembly including a handle shaft coupled to the cover in a rotatably structure while vertically penetrating the cover; and a conic wedge-type valve cock coupled to the outlet, formed in an integrated structure with a valve base coupled to the handle shaft to be separated from the valve body with the cover and the handle assembly when the cover is separated from the third flange, and opening and closing the outlet while vertically moving by the handle shaft. A female screw part is formed on the handle shaft, and a male screw part fastened to the female screw part is formed on the upper end of the valve base to allow the valve base and the conic wedge-type valve cock to open and close the outlet while moving upwards or downwards in the rotating direction of the handle shaft. Two or more supports protruding downwards from the bottom surface to be inserted into the outlet are formed on the conic wedge-type valve cock. A support groove coupled to the supports is further formed on the outlet.
