The present invention relates to a cleaning drain water valve with an inspection port including a compressed outlet cover. The objective of the present invention is to provide a cleaning drain water valve with an inspection port which is capable of independently controlling drain water without the need to install a separate drain water valve, and discharges foreign matter settled on the inner surface of a valve body together with discharged water by making surrounding settled foreign matter float when an outlet formed on the valve body is opened. The present invention provides a cleaning drain water valve with an inspection port including a compressed outlet cover. The present invention includes: a valve body in which a first flange and a second flange are formed on both sides, a third flange with an inlet is formed in the upper central part, and an outlet is formed in the lower central part; a cover coupled to the third flange to open and close the inlet; a handle assembly including a handle shaft rotatably coupled to the cover while penetrating the cover in a vertical direction; a conical wedge-shaped valve cock coupled to the outlet, provided on a valve rod to move together with the valve rod coupled to the handle shaft to be separated from the valve body when the cover is separated from the third flange, and moving up and down with the valve rod by the rotation of the handle shaft to open and close the outlet; and a compressed outlet cover made in the form of a container with an open bottom with an area larger than an opening area of the outlet, installed on the valve rod to move up and down together with the valve rod, and closing around the inlet side while the lower circumference comes into close contact with the inner surface of the valve body around the inlet when the outlet is closed by the conical wedge-shaped valve cock.
본 발명은 압축형 배출구 덮개를 포함하는 점검구겸 세척 퇴수 제수밸브에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 별도의 퇴수밸브를 설치할 필요 없이 자체적으로 퇴수를 제어할 수 있으며, 밸브본체에 형성된 배출구의 개방 시 주변의 침전 이물질을 부상시켜 밸브본체의 안쪽면에 침전된 이물질이 배출수와 함께 배출되도록 한 점검구겸 세척 퇴수 제수밸브를 제공함에 있다. 이를 위한 본 발명은 제1플랜지와 제2플랜지가 양측에 형성되고, 투입구가 구비된 제3플랜지가 중앙 상단부에 형성되며, 배출구가 중앙 하단부에 형성된 것으로 이루어진 밸브본체; 상기 투입구를 개폐하도록 제3플랜지에 결합되는 커버; 상기 커버를 수직 방향으로 관통한 채로 커버에 회전 가능한 구조로 결합된 핸들축을 포함하는 핸들조립체; 상기 배출구에 결합되며, 상기 핸들축에 결합되는 밸브대와 함께 움직이도록 밸브대에 구비되어 커버가 제3플랜지로부터 분리될 때 밸브본체로부터 분리되고, 핸들축의 회전에 의해 밸브대와 함께 상하로 이동하면서 배출구를 개폐하는 원추쐐기형 밸브콕; 및 상기 배출구의 개구면적 보다 큰 면적으로 저면이 개방된 용기의 형태로 이루어지고, 밸브대와 함께 상하로 이동하도록 밸브대에 설치되며, 상기 배출구가 원추쐐기형 밸브콕에 의해 폐쇄될 때 하단부 둘레가 배출구 주변의 밸브본체 안쪽면에 밀착되면서 입구측 주변을 폐쇄하는 압축형 배출구 덮개;로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 압축형 배출구 덮개를 포함하는 점검구겸 세척 퇴수 제수밸브를 제공한다.
