The present invention relates to a dust remover including a removal unit of remaining contaminants, and more specifically, to a dust remover configured to lift and convey contaminants in a sewage treatment plant, comprising: a dust remover main body installed in the sewage treatment plant, having a tracked conveyance part, and including a driving part for rotating the tracked conveyance part; a screen part installed on the dust remover main body to filter contaminants moving together with sewage; and a rake installed on the tracked conveyance part to move and separating and conveying the contaminants filtered by the screen part. Provided is a dust remover including a removal unit of remaining contaminants, wherein a removal unit of remaining contaminants is arranged on the dust remover main body to remove contaminants stuck between collection protrusions formed on the rake after the contaminants are moved by the rake and are separated and discharged by own weights. The dust remover including a removal unit of remaining contaminants according to the present invention has a removal unit of remaining contaminants arranged on the dust remover to separate and collect contaminants effectively from a rake using a cutter bar and a brush separation part of the removal unit of remaining contaminants, and has an inclined guide chute and an air spray part arranged on the dust remover to move the contaminants, which have been separated by the rake and conveyed to the inclined guide chute, using sprayed air, thereby improving the conveyance efficiency of contaminants effectively.
본 발명은 잔여협잡물 제거 유닛을 구비한 제진기에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 하수처리장의 협잡물을 인양하여 이송시키도록 구성된 제진기로서, 상기 하수처리장에 설치되며 궤도이송부가 마련되고, 상기 궤도이송부를 회전시키는 구동부를 갖는 제진기본체; 상기 제진기본체에 설치되어 하수를 따라 이동하는 협잡물을 걸러내는 스크린부; 및 상기 궤도이송부에 설치되어 이동되며 상기 스크린부에 걸러진 협잡물을 탈거시킴과 아울러 이송시키도록 레이크;를 포함하여 구성되며, 상기 제진기본체에는 상기 레이크에 의해 이동된 협잡물이 자중에 의해 분리배출된 후 상기 레이크에 형성되는 수거돌기들 사이에 끼인 협잡물을 탈거시키도록 잔여협잡물 제거유닛이 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 잔여협잡물 제거 유닛을 구비한 제진기를 제공한다. 본 발명인 잔여협잡물 제거 유닛을 구비한 제진기는 제진기에 잔여협잡물 제거유닛을 마련하여 잔여협잡물 제거유닛의 커터바와 브러쉬분리부에 의해 레이크에서 효과적으로 협잡물을 분리하여 수거되도록 하고, 제진기에 경사안내슈트와 에어분사부를 마련하여 레이크에서 분리되어 경사안내슈트로 전달된 협잡물을 분사되는 에어에 의해 이동시키도록 함으로써, 협잡물의 이송효율을 효과적으로 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
