Dust separator with improved removal performance of impurities
The present invention relates to a dust separator with improved removal performance of impurities on a lower side. More specifically, the present invention relates to a dust separator with improved removal performance of impurities on a lower side, comprising: a frame formed in a tilted shape and arranged in a waterway; a first driving sprocket and a second driving sprocket rotatably installed on an upper side and a lower side of the frame; a driving unit including a driving motor rotating and driving one of the first driving sprocket and the second driving sprocket, and a driving chain connecting the first driving sprocket and the second driving sprocket; a first rake connected to the driving chain of the driving unit to tow impurities toward an upper side; a linking unit connected to and linking the driving unit and arranged on a lower side of the frame; and a second rake axially coupled to the linking unit to be rotatable, and arranged on a front end unit of the frame, and towing impurities to the first rake. That is, the present invention aims to propose a dust separator with improved removal performance of impurities on a lower side, which is able to tow impurities from the lowermost part of a waterway by a rotary rake so that no impurities can precipitate on a lower surface of the waterway or can be stacked in front of a front screen, to prevent the dust separator from being clogged or bent, and thereby more efficiently remove impurities.
본 발명은 하부 협잡물의 제거성능이 개선된 제진기에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 경사진 형태로 수로에 배치되는 프레임; 상기 프레임의 상부와 하부에 회전 가능하도록 설치되는 제1 및 제2 구동스프로킷과, 상기 제1 및 제2 구동스프로킷 중 어느 하나를 회전 구동시키는 구동모터와, 상기 제1 및 제2 구동스프로킷을 연결하는 구동체인을 포함하는 구동부; 상기 구동부의 구동체인에 연결되어 협잡물을 상방으로 인양하기 위한 제1 레이크; 상기 구동부에 연결되어 연동하고, 상기 프레임의 하부에 배치되는 연동부; 및 상기 연동부와 회전 가능하도록 축 결합되고, 상기 프레임의 전단부에 배치되어 상기 제1 레이크로 협잡물을 인양하기 위한 제2 레이크;를 포함하여 이루어진다. 즉 본 발명은 수로 하면에 협잡물의 침전이나, 프론트스크린 전방에 협잡물이 쌓이지 않도록 회전식 레이크에 의하여 수로의 최저부에서부터 협잡물을 인양할 수 있도록 함으로써 제진기의 막힘 현상이나, 휘어짐을 방지하고, 이를 통해 협잡물을 보다 효율적으로 제거할 수 있는 하부 협잡물의 제거성능이 개선된 제진기를 제안하고자 한다.
