ROTARY DUST SEPARATOR FOR REMOVAL OF REMAINING MINOR IMPURITIES
The present invention relates to a rotary dust separation device for removing minor impurities and, more specifically, to a rotary dust separation device for removing remaining minor impurities in a rake of a dust separator, by being installed in a dust separator removing floating matters or sludge in the lower part. The rotary dust separator device comprises: an air discharge unit installed to rotate by connecting both side plates of the dust separator and removing remaining impurities by injecting air to the rake; a rotation unit rotating the air discharge unit; an air supply unit supplying the air to the air discharge unit; and a control unit controlling the rotation unit and the air supply unit. The air discharge unit is installed to rotate in the dust separator, to prevent the rake from being bent and prevent a chain from being cut while moving as the remaining impurities are accumulated on the rake of the dust separator removing the impurities such as the sludge of sewage. So, the remaining impurities remaining in the rake is dropped down and removed. Therefore, the rotary dust separation device for removing minor impurities can save maintenance costs caused by damage to the chain and the rake and can improve processing efficiency of the dust separator.
본 발명은 미세협잡물 제거 로타리 제진장치에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 하부의 부유물이나 슬러지를 제거하는 제진기에 설치되어, 제진기의 레이크에 잔존하는 잔여협잡물을 제거하는 제진기로서, 상기 제진기의 양 측면 플레이트를 연결하며 회전되게 설치되어, 레이크에 에어를 분사하는 잔여협잡물을 탈거시키는 에어토출부와, 상기 에어토출부는 회전시키는 회동부와, 상기 에어토출부에 에어를 공급하는 에어공급부와, 상기 회동부 및 상기 에어공급부는 제어하는 제어부로 이루어져, 하수의 슬러지와 같은 협잡물을 제거하는 제진기의 레이크에 잔여협잡물이 누적되어 이동중 체인이 끊어짐과 레이크가 휘는 것을 방지하도록, 제진기에 회동되게 에어토출부를 설치하여 레이크에 잔존하는 잔여협잡물을 하방으로 탈거시킴으로써, 체인과 레이크의 파손에 따른 유지보수비용이 절감되고, 제진기의 처리효율이 향상되는 효과가 있다.
