The present invention relates to an unrefined rice wine powder composition using germinated brown rice, and a method for producing the same. The unrefined rice wine powder composition comprises 1 to 10 parts by weight of kimchi lactic acid bacteria powder, 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of yeast, and 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of a coenzyme agent with respect to 100 parts by weight of germinated brown rice powder irradiated with microwaves, and thus has the advantage of increasing a GABA content and having an excellent hangover removal effect.
본 발명은 발아현미를 이용한 막걸리 분말 조성물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 마이크로파를 조사한 발아현미분말 100중량부에 김치 유산균 분말 1~10중량부, 효모 0.1~5중량부 및 조효소제 0.1~5중량부를 포함하는 것을 기술적 특징으로 하며, GABA 함량을 증가시킬 뿐만 아니라 숙취 제거 효과가 우수한 장점이 있다.
