The present invention relates to an embedded plate having an anti-rotation member for preventing rotation and a PHC pile having an embedded plate, and more specifically, to an embedded plate having an anti-rotation member for preventing rotation and a PHC pile having an embedded plate, wherein a fixed steel plate is configured inside a mold during the centrifugal molding manufacture of a PHC pile to be exposed to the front surface of the PHC pile by rotating, thereby facilitating the installation of a wale bracket and preventing the fixed steel plate from being separated from a regular position or rotating inside the mode for centrifugal molding during the assembly and centrifugal molding of a reinforcing rod net. A desirable embodiment of the embedded plate according to the present invention comprises: a fixed steel plate having the shape of a plate with a certain size; a fore-end connection material bonded at constant intervals in a lengthwise direction on a central part in the widthwise direction of the upper surface of the fixed steel plate; a steel rod for fixation fixed to the upper part of the fore-end connection material arranged in a lengthwise direction on the central part in the widthwise direction of the fixed steel plate; an anti-rotation member having a certain length and configured in a vertical direction at constant intervals in a lengthwise direction on the upper surface of the fixed steel plate; and a concrete inflow preventing member having the shape of a plate with a planar upper surface and a curved lower surface and configured at ends of both sides in the lengthwise direction of the lower surface of the fixed steel plate.
본 발명은 회전방지부재가 구성된 매입 플레이트 및 매입 플레이트가 구성된 PHC 파일에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 PHC파일 원심성형 제작시에 몰드의 내부에 구성하여 회전함으로써 PHC파일의 전면에 고정강판이 노출되도록 하여 띠장브라켓의 설치가 용이하도록 하면서도, 철근망을 조립하고 원심성형시 원심성형을 위한 몰드의 내부에서 고정강판이 정위치에서 벗어나거나 회전하는 것을 방지하도록 하는 회전방지부재가 구성된 매입 플레이트 및 매입 플레이트가 구성된 PHC 파일에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 매입 플레이트의 바람직한 일 실시예는 일정 크기 판 형상의 고정강판과; 고정강판 상부면의 폭방향 중앙부에서 길이방향 일정 간격마다 접합되는 전단 연결재와; 전단 연결재의 상부에 고정되며 고정강판의 폭방향 중앙부에서 길이방향으로 배치되는 고정용 강봉과; 일정길이로 이루어지며 고정강판의 상부면에 길이방향 일정 간격마다 수직으로 구성되는 회전방지부재;및 상부면은 평면이고 하부면은 곡면으로 이루어지는 판재 형상으로 고정강판의 하부면의 길이방향 양측 단부에 각각 구성되는 콘크리트유입 방지부재;를 포함하여 이루어진다.
