본 발명은 매입 플레이트 및 매입 플레이트가 구성된 PHC 파일에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 PHC 파일의 강선에 강봉 및 고정링을 이용하여 설치하여 구조적 안전성과 시공의 편리성을 제공하며, 고정강판을 이용하여 띠장브라켓의 설치가 용이하도록 하면서도 고정강판에 별도의 필러고정구를 형성하여 PHC파일과 띠장 간의 홈메우기를 위한 필러의 위치고정 및 설치가 매우 용이하도록 하는 매입 플레이트 및 매입 플레이트가 구성된 PHC 파일에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 매입 플레이트의 바람직한 일 실시예는 일정 크기 판 형상의 고정강판과; 고정강판 상부면의 폭방향 중앙부에서 길이방향 일정 간격마다 접합되는 전단 연결재와; 전단 연결재의 상부에 고정되며 고정강판의 폭방향 중앙부에서 길이방향으로 배치되는 고정용 강봉과; 고정강판의 하부면에 구성되며 상부면은 평면이고 하부면은 곡면으로 이루어지는 곡면마감부재;를 포함하여 이루어진다.

The present invention relates to an embedded plate and a PHC pile comprising an embedded plate. More specially, the embedded plate is installed on a steel wire of a PHC pile through a steel rod and a fixing ring to provide structural safety and construction convenience, and a fixing steel plate is used to facilitate the installation of a furring strip while a separate filler fixture is formed on the fixing steel plate to facilitate the position fixture and installation of a filler to fill a groove between the PHC pile and a furring strip. In accordance with one advisable embodiment of the present invention, the embedded plate includes: a fixing steel plate having a plate shape of a predetermined size; a shear connector connected at every regular interval in a longitudinal direction in a width center part of an upper side of the fixing steel plate; a steel rod for fixture fixed to an upper part of the shear connector and placed in a longitudinal direction in the width center part of the fixing steel plate; and a curved surface finishing member formed on a lower side of the fixing steel plate, having a planar upper side and having a curved lower side.
