The present invention relates to a prefabricated mat block which is easily maintained, managed, and installed by simplifying the shape and components of a mat block installed over a building floor to insulate the floor and absorb impacts in comparison to a conventional technique. More specifically, the prefabricated mat block comprises: a pad (10) made of a foam material deformed by an external force and returning to the original shape when the external force is removed, having a rectangular plate shape, and having a plurality of insertion grooves (12) formed on the lower surface thereof in a set depth and shape in all directions; a surface layer (20) having a rectangular plate shape, attached to the upper surface of the pad (10), and consisting of an interior material (21) made of a foam material deformed by an external force and returning to the original shape when the external force is removed and an exterior material (22) enclosing the upper surface and sides of the interior material (21); a floor material (30) attached to the lower end of the pad (10) to perform the role of helping air circulation and the durability of the pad (10), and having nonwoven fabric (31) formed on a lower portion thereof to have tangled fiber; and an assembly part (40) coupled to the insertion grooves (12) of adjacent different pads (10) to connect and fix the different pads (10).
본 발명은 건물 바닥면 위에 설치되어 바닥면의 보온 및 충격흡수 등을 하는 매트블록에 있어서, 종래 대비 구성과 형상을 단순화하여 유지관리 및 설치가 용이한 조립식 매트블록에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 외력에 대해 변형이 이루어지고, 외력이 사라지면 변형되었던 형태가 원상복귀되는 발포물질로 이루어진 것으로써, 사각판의 형상을 가지고 저면에 설정 깊이와 형상으로 매립된 삽입홈(12)이 전후좌우 전방향에 복수 형성되는 패드(10);와 사각판의 형상을 가지며, 상기 패드(10)의 상면에 부착되는 것으로, 외력에 대해 변형이 이루어지고, 외력이 사라지면 변형되었던 형태가 원상복귀되는 발포물질로 이루어지는 내장재(21)와, 내장재(21)의 상부와 측면을 감싸는 외장재(22)로 구성되는 표면층(20);과 상기 패드(10)의 하단에 부착되어 패드(10)의 내구성과 공기순환을 돕는 역할을 수행하는 것으로써, 하부는 섬유가 서로 얽히도록 형성되는 부직포(31)가 구비되는 바닥재(30); 및 인접한 서로 다른 패드(10)의 삽입홈(12)과 결합함으로써, 서로 다른 패드(10)를 연결하여 고정하도록 이루어지는 조립편(40);을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
