Slab insert fasteners to provide pre-installed anchor bolts
The present invention relates to a slab insert fastener for providing a pre-installed anchor bolt. The slab insert fastener has a simple structure and, therefore, can be manufactured at low prices. The slab insert fastener can improve tensile strength and shear strength of a bolt member embedded into a slab to install various structures installed in the lower part of the slab. Also, the slab insert fastener can provide functionality in which a bushing member connected to a lower fastener fixed to an aluminum form can protect a bolt member while being coupled to the bolt member exposed to the lower side of the slab even when the mold is removed. In other words, the slab insert fasten includes: the lower fastener connected to the mold and having a bushing connection hole in which the upper side is open; the bushing member inserted into the bushing connection hole formed in the lower fastener; and the bolt member in which a lower end is inserted into and fixed to the bushing member to be embedded into the slab.
본 발명은 선 설치 앵커볼트 제공을 위한 슬래브 인서트 고정구에 관한 것으로, 구성이 간단하여 염가 제작이 가능하며, 슬래브 하부에 설치되는 각종 구조물을 위해 슬래브에 매설되는 볼트부재의 인장강도 및 전단강도를 개선할 수 있고, 알폼에 고정되는 하부고정구에 결합된 부싱부재가 거푸집을 제거한 상태에서도 슬래브 하측으로 노출된 상태의 볼트부재에 결합된 상태로 볼트부재를 보호하는 기능성을 제공할 수 있도록 한 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 상향 개구된 부싱결합공이 형성되고, 거푸집에 결합되는 하부고정구와; 상기 하부고정구에 형성한 부싱결합공에 끼워지는 부싱부재와; 슬래브에 매설되도록 부싱부재에 하단을 끼워 고정한 볼트부재를 포함하는 것이다.
