The present invention relates to a sandwich panel device for producing, for example, a refrigeration warehouse by going through the process of connecting sandwich panels having a flame retardant material (e.g., polystyrene) therein and, more specifically, to a sandwich panel device used to connect a plurality of sandwich panels to form a space, such as a refrigeration warehouse, thereby solving problems occurring at the connected parts, such as temperature differences between the interior and the exterior, dew condensation, and fire risks. Specifically, the present invention relates to a sandwich panel device capable of solving the problems of conventional devices which are vulnerable to fire and cause dew condensation at the same time. The sandwich panel device according to the present invention includes a lower finishing panel member which has a recessed accommodation space and a fixed rib member, thereby allowing for a quick and stable bonding process with the wall finishing panel.
본 발명은 내측에 난연재(예: 스티로폼)가 구비되는 소위 샌드위치 패널을 서로 연결하는 공정을 거침으로써 예컨대 냉동 창고를 제작하는 샌드위치 패널 장치에 관한 기술로서, 예컨대 냉동 창고와 같은 공간을 형성하기 위해 복수의 샌드위치 패널을 서로 연결함에 있어서 그 연결 부분에서 내외부 온도차 문제, 결로 문제, 화재 문제 등을 해소하기 위한 샌드위치 패널 장치에 관한 기술이다. 특히, 기존의 화재의 취약함과 결로 문제를 한꺼번에 해소가 가능한 형태의 샌드위치 패널 장치에 관한 기술이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 하부마감 패널부재가 함몰 수용 공간과 고정리브 부재를 구비함에 따라 벽체마감 패널과의 결합 공정을 신속하고 안정적으로 수행할 수 있다는 장점이 있다.
