CLAMPING APPARATUS FOR CONSTRUCTION MACHINERY
The present invention relates to a clamping apparatus for construction machinery. The clamping apparatus for construction machinery comprises: a clamp body coupled to a construction machinery body; first and second link members rotatably coupled to both horizontal sides of the clamp body by each using a central portions as a rotation axis; a driving unit provided on the clamp body to push or pull respective upper ends of the first and second link members; jaw members connected to respective lower ends of the first and second link members, and allowing the gap between the jaw members to widen or narrow according to the movement of the first and second link members; composite clamping blocks mounted on the jaw members to pick up various shapes of piles; and fastening units for fastening the composite clamping blocks to the jaw members. Therefore, the clamping apparatus can simplify installation work by clamping various types of piles such as beams, sheet piles, and steel pipe piles.
본 발명은 건설기기의 클램핑장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 건설기기 본체에 결합되는 클램프몸체; 상기 클램프몸체의 수평 방향 양쪽에 각각 가운데 부분을 회전축으로 하여 회전 가능하게 결합되는 제1,2 링크부재; 상기 클램프몸체에 구비되어 상기 제1,2 링크부재의 각 상단부를 밀거나 당기는 구동유닛; 상기 제1,2 링크부재의 각 하단부에 연결되어 상기 제1,2 링크부재의 움직임에 따라 서로 간격이 넓어지거나 좁아지는 조오부재; 상기 조오부재에 장착되어 다양한 형태의 말뚝을 집는 복합클램핑블록; 및 상기 복합클램핑블록을 조오부재에 체결하는 체결유닛을 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 빔, 시트파일, 강관 파일, 등을 다양한 종류의 말뚝을 클램핑하여 설치 작업을 간단하게 할 수 있다.
