METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING UNDERGROUND STRUCTURE
The present invention relates to an underground structure construction method, wherein, when an underground structure such as a building is constructed, a middle stake provided to support the framework of a basement may be used as a temporary pillar to be easily separated and removed on the basis of a concrete floor layer, thereby increasing supporting force of the concrete floor layer and improving the waterproof performance of the floor layer. To this end, the present invention comprises: a soil retaining wall installation step; a drilling hole forming and middle stake burying step; an initial bed excavation and ground level framework construction step; an additional bed excavation and basement framework construction step; a floor layer and floor wall body forming step of placing concrete on an initial floor surface to form the floor layer and the floor wall body; a basement and a basement wall body forming step of placing concrete while removing the framework of each basement from the floor layer towards the upper side to form each basement and basement wall body by stages; a middle stake separating and removing step of, when all the framework of each basement and the framework of the ground level are removed, separating and removing each middle stake which is extended to the upper portion of the floor layer; a ground level forming step of forming a ground level by placing concrete from the basement and the basement wall body; and a basement waterproof coating step of applying a waterproofing material on the upper surface of the floor layer to coat the same.
본 발명은 건축물 등의 지하구조물을 구축함에 있어서 지하층의 골조를 지지하기 위한 중간말뚝을 가설기둥으로 사용한 후 콘크리트 바닥층을 기준으로 용이하게 분리하여 제거하면서 콘크리트 바닥층의 지지력을 높임과 동시에 바닥층의 방수력을 향상시킬 수 있는 지하구조물 구축 공법에 관한 것으로, 흙막이벽 설치단계와, 굴착공 형성 및 중간말뚝 매설단계와, 초기터파기 및 지상1층골조 공사단계와, 추가터파기 및 지하층골조 공사단계와, 상기 기초바닥면에 콘크리트를 타설하여 바닥층 및 바닥벽체를 형성하는 바닥층 및 바닥벽체 형성단계와, 상기 바닥층으로부터 상방을 향해 지하층 각각의 골조를 제거하면서 콘크리트를 타설하여 각각의 지하층 및 지하벽체를 단계적으로 형성하는 지하층 및 지하벽체 형성단계와, 상기 지하층 각각의 골조 및 지상 1층의 골조가 모두 제거된 경우 상기 바닥층의 상부로 연장된 상기 중간말뚝 각각을 분리하여 제거하는 중간말뚝 분리 및 제거단계와, 상기 지하층 및 지하벽체로부터 콘크리트를 타설하여 지상 1층을 형성하는 지상1층 형성단계와, 상기 바닥층의 상면에 방수재를 도포하여 코팅하는 지하층 방수코팅단계를 포함하여 이루어진다.
