TUNNEL GROUTING METHOD USING GROUT AND SIMULTANEOUS INJECTION STEEL PIPE
The present invention relates to a tunnel steel pipe grouting method using a steel pipe grout material and a simultaneous injection steel pipe. The tunnel steel pipe grouting method includes the steps of: (a) forming a plurality of drilling holes (20) in an inclined direction upward from a final surface (B) of a tunnel and inserting and installing a simultaneous injection grouting steel pipe (30) (S10); and (b) grouting by spraying a two-component steel pipe grout material into the interior of the simultaneous injection grouting steel pipe (30) through a hose (40) (S20). The drilling hole (20) is formed at an angle of 5 to 15 degrees from a horizontal line. Inside the grouting steel pipe (30), a first injection hose (41) for rear injection, a second injection hose (42) for tip injection, and a filling confirmation hose (44) for air discharge are provided. In step (S20), the two-component steel pipe grout material is composed of A material grout material and B material grout material. The A material grout material contains 25 to 35 wt% of Portland high early steel cement, 30 to 40 wt% of calcium sulfoaluminate (CSA), 15 to 25 wt% of gypsum, 5 to 10 wt% of calcium hydroxide, 5 to 10 wt% of fly ash, 0.1 to 2.0 wt% of a hardening accelerator, 0.1 to 2.0 wt% of a rapid setting retardant, and 0.2 to 2 wt% of an anti-shrinkage agent. The B material grout material includes a general cement type. Accordingly, a grouting construction period can be shortened.
본 발명은 강관그라우트재와 동시주입 강관을 이용한 터널 강관 그라우팅 공법에 관한 것으로서, (a) 터널의 막장면(B)으로부터 상부를 향해 경사진 방향으로 다수의 천공홀(20)을 형성하여 동시주입 그라우팅 강관(30)을 삽입 설치하는 단계(S10)와, (b) 동시주입 그라우팅 강관(30)의 내부에 호스(40)를 통해 2액형 강관그라우트재를 분사하여 그라우팅하는 단계(S20)를 포함하는 터널 강관 그라우팅 공법에 있어서, 상기 천공홀(20)은, 수평선으로부터 5~15°각도로 형성하고, 상기 그라우팅 강관(30) 내부에, 후미부 주입용 제1 주입호스(41)와, 선단부 주입용 제2 주입호스(42)와, 공기배출을 겸하는 충전확인호스(44)가 구비되고, 상기 S20 단계에서, 상기 2액형 강관그라우트재는, A재 그라우트재와 B재 그라우트재로 이루어지고, 상기 A재 그라우트재는, 포틀랜드조강시멘트 25~35 중량%, 칼슘설포알루미네이트(CSA: Calcium Sulfo-Aluminate) 30~40 중량%, 석고 15~25 중량%, 수산화칼슘 5~10 중량%, 플라이애쉬(Fly Ash) 5~10 중량%, 경화촉진제 0.1~2.0 중량%, 급결지연제 0.1~2.0 중량%, 수축방지제 0.2~2 중량%를 포함하여 이루어지며, 상기 B재 그라우트재는, 일반 시멘트계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
