TUNNEL GROUTING METHOD OF SIMULTANEOUS INJECTION USING STEEL PIPE AND GROUT FOR WATERTIGHT STRUCTURE AND REINFORCEMENT
The present invention relates to a tunnel steel pipe grouting method for simultaneously injecting a grout material into a steel pipe. The tunnel steel pipe simultaneous injection grouting method comprises: (a) a step of inserting and installing a simultaneous injection grouting steel pipe (S10); and (b) a step of spraying a grout material through a hose (40) to perform simultaneous injection for the surrounding area of a drilling hole (20) without sealing (S20). In step (S10), a guide beam is mounted on the tip of a drilling boom to drill a hole, or the drilling length is made longer than the length of the steel pipe within a range that is not interfered with by a support material (10), and the drilling hole (20) is drilled at an angle of 5 to 15° from the horizontal line to install the steel pipe. In step (S10), a spray nozzle is inserted within a range of 30 to 40 cm between the entrance of the drilling hole (20) and the steel pipe, and while drawing, one-component foamed urethane is sprayed to perform tight caulking to support a pressure of 4 MPa. In step (S20), a filling confirmation hose that also discharges air is installed inside the steel pipe to the tip, and when a grout material is injected, and the injection material flows out of the steel pipe through the hose, sealed charging is performed to the tip. Accordingly, a grouting construction period can be shortened.
본 발명은 강관에 그라우트재를 동시주입하는 터널 강관 그라우팅 공법에 관한 것으로서, (a) 동시주입 그라우팅 강관을 삽입 설치하는 단계(S10)와, (b) 호스(40)를 통해 그라우트재를 분사하여 천공홀(20)의 주변 영역을 씰링없이 동시주입하는 단계(S20)를 포함하는 터널 강관 동시주입 그라우팅 공법에 있어서, 상기 S10 단계에서, 천공기 붐의 선단에 가이드빔을 장착하여 천공하거나, 지보재(10)의 간섭을 받지 않는 범위 내에서 천공 길이를 강관의 길이보다 더 길게 천공하고, 천공홀(20)은 수평선으로부터 5~15°각도로 경사지게 천공하여 강관을 설치하며, 상기 S10 단계에서, 천공홀(20) 입구에서 강관 사이 30~40cm 범위 내에 분사노즐을 삽입하여 인발하면서 1액형 발포우레탄을 스프레이하여 4MPa의 압력까지 지지할 수 있도록 밀실 코킹하고, 상기 S20 단계에서, 강관 내부에 공기배출을 겸하는 충전확인호스를 선단부까지 설치하여, 그라우트재 주입시 주입재가 상기 호스를 통해 강관의 외부로 유출되면 선단까지 밀실충전된 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a tunnel steel pipe grouting method for simultaneously injecting a grout material into a steel pipe.
