TUNNEL GROUTING METHOD OF NON-SEALING SIMULTANEOUS INJECTION USING STEEL PIPE AND GROUT
The present invention relates to a tunnel steel pipe grouting method for simultaneous injection without sealing using a steel pipe and a grout material. The tunnel steel pipe grouting method comprises the steps of: (a) forming a plurality of drilling holes (20) in an inclined direction upward from a final surface (B) of a tunnel and inserting and installing a grouting steel pipe (30) (S10); and (b) spraying a one-component grout material through a hose (40) inserted into the grouting steel pipe (30) (S20). In step (S10), the drilling hole (20) is formed at an angle of 5 to 15 degrees from the horizontal line to avoid interference with support material (10), and the drilling hole (20) ensures that no grouting steel pipe (30) exists in a drilling hole section when excavating the final surface. In step (S20), the one-component grout material is sprayed through the two hoses (40) on the rear end and the front end, simultaneous injection is performed on the surrounding area without any additional sealing work for the drilling hole (20), and the one-component grout material is simultaneously injected into the two steel pipes The one-component grout material contains 25-35 % by weight of Portland type 3 cement, 30-40 % by weight of calcium sulfo-aluminate (CSA), 15-25 % by weight of gypsum, 5-10 % by weight of calcium hydroxide, 5-10 % by weight of fly ash, 0.1-3.0 % by weight of hardening accelerator, 0.1-2.0 % by weight of rapid setting retardant, and 0.2-2.0 % by weight of anti-shrinkage agent. Accordingly, a grouting construction period can be shortened.
본 발명은 강관과 그라우트재를 이용하여 무씰링 동시주입하는 터널 강관 그라우팅 공법에 관한 것으로서, (a) 터널의 막장면(B)으로부터 상부를 향해 경사진 방향으로 다수의 천공홀(20)을 형성하여 그라우팅 강관(30)을 삽입 설치하는 단계(S10)와, (b) 상기 그라우팅 강관(30)의 내부에 삽입된 호스(40)를 통해 1액형 그라우트재를 분사하는 단계(S20)를 포함하는 터널 강관 그라우팅 공법에 있어서, 상기 S10 단계에서, 상기 천공홀(20)은, 지보재(10)와의 간섭을 피해 수평선으로부터 5~15°각도로 경사지게 형성하고, 막장면 굴착시 천공홀 구간 내에는 그라우팅 강관(30)이 존재하지 않도록 하며, 상기 S20 단계에서, 후단측과 선단측 2개의 호스(40)를 통해 1액형 그라우트재를 분사하고, 천공홀(20)에 별도의 씰링작업 없이 주변 영역을 동시주입하며, 2개의 강관에 동시에 1액형 그라우트재를 주입하고, 상기 1액형 그라우트재는, 포틀랜드3종 시멘트 25~35 중량%, 칼슘설포알루미네이트(CSA: Calcium Sulfo-Aluminate) 30~40 중량%, 석고 15~25 중량%, 수산화칼슘 5~10%, 플라이애쉬(Fly Ash) 5~10 중량%, 경화촉진제 0.1~3.0 중량%, 급결지연제 0.1~2.0 중량%, 수축방지제 0.2~2.0 중량%를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
