Wall Type Sleeve for installing Pipe
Provided is a wall sleeve for piping installation which allows the entire length of the sleeve to be adjusted according to the thickness of a wall without the need to replace a connector. The wall sleeve for piping installation of the present invention comprises: a pipe support part (10) composed of an inner cylinder (11) in which a pipe to be coupled is supported, an outer cylinder (12) spaced apart from the outer side of the inner cylinder (11) so as to form a receiving space together with the inner cylinder (11), a cylinder connection unit connecting the inner cylinder (11) and the outer cylinder (12) and maintaining the inner cylinder (11) and the outer cylinder (12) spaced apart from each other, and a male thread unit (13) formed on the outer circumference of the outer cylinder (12); a cylindrical foam fireproof filler (20) inserted and fixed into the receiving space between the inner cylinder (11) and the outer cylinder (12); and left and right sleeves (30) surrounding the left and right sides of the pipe support part (10), respectively, and composed of left and right cylinder units (31) having a female thread unit (31a) formed on the inner circumference, coupled to the outer circumference of the outer cylinder (12), and screwed with the male thread unit (13) to enable adjustment of a length protruding out of the pipe support part (10), a circular closing plate (32) closing each of outer ends of the left and right cylindrical units (31), and a circular cut line (33) formed on the circular closing plate (32) and cut corresponding to the diameter of the pipe to allow the pipe to be inserted.
본 발명의 배관설치를 위한 벽체용 슬리브는, 결합될 배관이 지지되는 내측 원통(11)과, 상기 내측 원통(11)과 함께 수용공간이 형성되도록 상기 내측 원통(11)의 외측에 이격되어 형성되는 외측 원통(12)과, 상기 내측 원통(11)과 상기 외측 원통(12)을 서로 연결하며, 상기 내측 원통(11)과 상기 외측 원통(12)이 이격된 상태를 유지하는 원통연결부와, 상기 외측 원통(12)의 외주연에 형성되는 수나사부(13)로 이루어지는 배관지지부(10); 상기 내측 원통(11)과 상기 외측 원통(12)의 사이의 수용공간에 삽입고정되는 원통상 발포 내화충전재(20); 상기 배관지지부(10)의 좌우측을 각각 감싸며, 내주연에 형성되고, 상기 외측 원통(12)의 외주연에 결합되며 상기 배관지지부(10) 외측으로 돌출된 길이조정이 가능하도록 상기 수나사부(13)와 나사체결되는 암나사부(31a)가 형성된 좌우 원통부(31)와, 상기 좌우 원통부(31)의 외측단부를 각각 폐쇄시키는 원형 폐쇄판(32)과, 상기 원형 폐쇄판(32)에 형성되며 배관이 삽입되기 위해 배관의 직경에 상응하여 절개되도록 형성된 원형 절개선(33)으로 이루어지는 좌우측 슬리브(30);를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
