본 발명은 레일 클램프 체결기에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 레일 클램프를 이용하에 레일을 침목에 결속할 때 기계적 수단을 이용하여 편리하고 쉬우면서 빠르게 작업할 수 있도록 하여 작업속도를 개선하고 균일하고 안정적인 고정력을 유지하여 체결 안정성도 확보하도록 개선된 레일 클램프 체결기에 관한 것이다.
