Expansion Joint Device Capable Of Prestressing Sound Absorbing Material
The present invention relates to an expansion joint device capable of prestressing a sound-absorbing material, which can be easily installed in a gap of a bridge as the sound-absorbing material is prestressed before installation. The expansion joint device includes first and second expansion joint units, the sound-absorbing material, and a prestressing unit for prestressing the sound-absorbing material. The prestressing unit is formed to prestress the sound-absorbing material between the first and second expansion joint units. The sound-absorbing material is prestressed by the prestressing unit during manufacturing of the expansion joint device. Therefore, the expansion joint device can be easily installed to correspond to the various sized gaps. Furthermore, the expansion joint device can improve worker convenience by shortening construction time and improving workability. A stud bolt for prestressing forming the prestressing unit is not fixed and connected to a pressing plate. Therefore, the stud bolt for prestressing in one position does not move even when pressing the sound-absorbing material by using the stud bolt for prestressing in the other position in a direction perpendicular to the bridge or releasing the pressure. Accordingly, the expansion joint device capable of prestressing a sound-absorbing material can smoothly perform a prestressing work of the sound-absorbing material using the prestressing unit.
본 발명은 흡음부재를 프리스트레싱시켜 설치시 흡음부재가 프리스트레싱됨으로써 교량의 유간에 설치가 용이한 흡음부재의 프리스트레싱이 가능한 신축이음장치에 관한 것으로, 제1, 2 신축이음부와 흡음부재 및 흡음부재에 프리스트레싱을 형성하기 위한 프리스트레싱부를 포함하여 이루어져 있어, 제1, 2 신축이음부 사이의 흡음부재를 프리스트레싱시키기 위한 프리스트레싱부가 형성되어 제작시 흡음부재를 프리스트레싱함으로써 다양한 간격의 유간에 맞게 용이하게 설치할 수 있음은 물론, 이로 인한 시공시간 단축 및 작업성 향상으로 인한 작업자의 편의성을 향상시킬 수 있으면서, 프리스트레싱부를 구성하는 프리스트레싱용 스터드볼트가 가압판과 고정결합된 상태가 아니여서 교축직각방향으로 형성된 어느 하나의 위치에 있는 프리스트레싱용 스터드볼트를 이용해 흡음부재를 가압시키거나 또는 가압을 해제하더라도 다른 위치의 프리스트레싱용 스터드볼트가 따라 움직이지 않는 구조로 이루어져 있어 프리스트레싱부를 통한 흡음부재의 프리스트레싱 형성작업이 수월하게 이루어질 수 있는 흡음부재의 프리스트레싱이 가능한 신축이음장치를 제공한다.

The present invention relates to an expansion joint device capable of prestressing a sound-absorbing material, which can be easily installed in a gap of a bridge as the sound-absorbing material is prestressed before installation. The expansion joint device includes first and second expansion joint units, the sound-absorbing material, and a prestressing unit for prestressing the sound-absorbing material. The prestressing unit is formed to prestress the sound-absorbing material between the first and second expansion joint units. The sound-absorbing material is prestressed by the prestressing unit during manufacturing of the expansion joint device. A stud bolt for prestressing forming the prestressing unit is not fixed and connected to a pressing plate. Accordingly, the expansion joint device capable of prestressing a sound-absorbing material can smoothly perform a prestressing work of the sound-absorbing material using the prestressing unit.
