CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR PAVEMENT USING POLYMER CONCRETE COMPOSITION
A very rapid hardening polymer concrete composition for road pavement and a concrete pavement construction method using the same are disclosed to ensure excellent initial compressive strength and fire resistance compared to existing polymer concrete for road pavement and reduce the construction cost. The very rapid hardening polymer concrete pavement construction method according to the present invention includes the steps of performing preliminary preparation work on a road to be constructed, placing very rapid hardening polymer concrete on the road on which the preliminary preparation work has been completed, and curing the very rapid hardening polymer concrete placed on the road, wherein the very rapid hardening polymer concrete is provided by mixing a binder, an organic polymer, an aggregate, an inorganic admixture, and a fiber admixture with water.
도로 포장용 초속경 폴리머 콘크리트 조성물 및 이를 이용한 콘크리트 포장 시공방법이 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 초속경 폴리머 콘크리트 포장 시공방법은 시공 대상이 되는 도로에 대해 사전 준비 작업을 수행하는 단계, 상기 사전 준비 작업이 완료된 도로 위에 초속경 폴리머 콘크리트를 포설하는 단계, 및 상기 도로 위에 포설된 초속경 폴리머 콘크리트를 양생시키는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 초속경 폴리머 콘크리트는 결합재, 유기 폴리머, 골재, 무기 혼화재 및 섬유 혼화재를 물과 함께 배합하여 제공된다.
