In one aspect of the present invention, provided is a method for manufacturing differential heat processing artificial turf pile yarn comprising the following steps: obtaining melt-spun pile yarn by melting and spinning polyolefin resin; cooling the melt-spun pile yarn to obtain cooled pile yarn; and obtaining stretched pile yarn by differentially applying heat to cooled pile yarn.
본 발명의 일 양태에서, 폴리올레핀 수지를 용융하고, 방사하여 용융방사된 파일사를 얻는 단계, 용융방사된 파일사를 냉각하여 냉각된 파일사를 얻는 단계 및 냉각된 파일사에 차등적으로 열을 가하여 연신된 파일사를 얻는 단계를 포함하는 열차등 처리 인조잔디 파일사의 제조방법을 제공한다.
