The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing twisted artificial turf pile yarn, comprising the steps of: obtaining pile yarn containing a polyolefin resin; obtaining stretched pile yarn by stretching the pile yarn; obtaining primarily wound twisted pile yarn by winding the stretched pile yarn; obtaining secondarily wound pile yarn by re-winding the primarily wound pile yarn; and obtaining a post-processed pile yarn by post-processing the secondarily wound pile yarn.
본 발명은 폴리올레핀 수지를 포함하는 파일사를 얻는 단계, 파일사를 연신하여 연신된 파일사를 얻는 단계, 연신된 파일사를 권취하여 1차 권취된 트위스트된 형태의 파일사를 얻는 단계, 1차 권취된 파일사를 재권취하여 2차 권취된 파일사를 얻는 단계 및 2차 권취된 파일사를 후가공하여 후가공된 파일사를 얻는 단계를 포함하는 트위스트된 인조잔디 파일사의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
