BLIND ELEVATION DEVICE
The present invention relates to a blind lifting device, which increases the lifting speed of a blind for opening and closing by increasing the number of rotations of a rotator relative to the distance pulled by a lifting operation cord, even in a case of a heavy blind such as a wood blind, thereby enhancing the convenience of use and operation. As a means to achieve the above objective, the blind lifting device includes a housing which has an internal gear, and a rotator which has a plurality of planet gears and is fit into the housing, such that the planet gears of the rotator are gear-coupled with the internal gear. The planet gears include: an outer planet gear with fewer teeth; and a dual planet gear with an inner planet gear that has more teeth. The inner planet gear of the dual planet gear meshes with the internal gear, and the outer planet gear meshes with a driving gear of a driving rotator which rotates by the lifting operation cord. When the dual planet gear is rotated by the driving gear, the number of rotations of the rotator is increased as much as the difference in the number of teeth between the outer and inner planet gears, thereby increasing the lifting speed of a blind.
본 발명은 블라인드의 승강장치를 구성하되, 우드블라인드와 같이 무게감이 있는 블라인드의 경우에도 승강작동줄이 당기는 거리 대비, 회전체의 회전수를 늘려 개폐를 위한 블라인드의 승강속도가 빨라지게 함으로서 사용 및 작동의 편의성을 증진케 한 것이다. 상기 과제를 해결하기 위한 수단으로서, 본 발명은 내접기어가 형성된 하우징 내에 복수개의 위성기어가 형성된 회전체를 끼워, 회전체에 구성된 위성기어가 내접기어와 치차결합되게 하되, 상기 위성기어는 치차의 갯수가 적은 외측위성기어와, 치차의 갯수가 많은 내측위성기어로 된 이중위성기어로 구성하며, 상기 이중위성기어의 내측위성기어는 내접기어와 치차결합되게 하고, 외측위성기어는 승강작동줄에 의해 회전하는 구동회전체의 구동기어와 치차결합되게 함으로서, 구동기어에 의해 이중위성기어를 회전시키면 외측위성기어와 내측위성기어의 치차갯수차이만큼 회전체의 회전수가 많아지게 되고, 따라서 블라인드의 승강속도가 빨라지게 한 것이다.
