An energy-saving waterproof paint composition for intermediate coating, according to one aspect of the present invention, comprises: 15 to 45% by weight of a water-soluble urethane-acrylic emulsion resin; 20 to 40% by weight of a rubber-based latex binder resin; 0.1 to 1% by weight of a thermal insulation pigment; 5 to 25% by weight of a white pigment; 0.3 to 5% by weight of hollow polymer powder; 5 to 40% by weight of an extender pigment; and 5 to 15% by weight of additives and water.
