An energy-saving intermediate waterproof paint composition according to one aspect of the present invention contains 15 to 45 wt% of a water-soluble urethane-acrylic emulsion resin, 20 to 40 wt% of a rubber-based latex binder resin, 0.1 to 1 wt% of a heat-insulating pigment, 5 to 25 wt% of a white pigment, 0.3 to 5 wt% of hollow polymer powder, 5 to 40 wt% of extender pigment, and 5 to 15 wt% of additives and water.
본 발명의 일 측면에 따른 에너지 절감형 중도용 방수도료 조성물은 수용성 우레탄-아크릭 에멀젼 수지 15 내지 45 중량%, 고무계 라텍스 바인더 수지 20 내지 40 중량%, 차열 안료 0.1 내지 1 중량%, 백색 안료 5 내지 25 중량%, 중공 폴리머 분말 0.3 내지 5 중량%, 체질 안료 5 내지 40 중량% 및 첨가제와 물 5 내지 15 중량%을 포함한다.
