The present invention relates to an epoxy powder paint with improved corrosion resistance and durability, wherein the epoxy powder paint comprises: a main agent unit comprising an epoxy resin represented by chemical formula 1; and a curing agent unit containing a curing agent, surface-modified needle-shaped inorganic particles, and surface-modified spherical inorganic particles, and to a coated steel pipe for water supply and steel pipe pile coated therewith.
