The present invention relates to a finishing panel with a new structure that allows easy interior finishing. The finishing panel according to the present invention couples a fixing groove (21) of a panel body (20) to a fixing protrusion (12) of a fixing bar (10) after fixing the fixing bar (10) to a wall (1). Since the finishing panel can be fixed to the wall (1), the finishing panel has the advantage of being very easy to install and dismantle. The finishing panel includes a fixing bar and a panel body.
