본 발명은 지하 수직부재를 하나 걸러 번갈아 가면서 아래로 시공하고 이후 매트, 기초 시공 후에는 남은 층의 수직부재를 동시에 일괄 시공하는 공사방법을 제공하여 지하 수직부재 및 전체 공사기간을 단축할 수 있도록 개선된 하나 걸러 번갈아 시공되는 역타공법의 지하 수직부재 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 지하구조물의 하향시공과 병행하여 상향 시공되는 지상층 골조를 시공하는 지하 수직부재의 공사방법에 있어서, (a) 터파기와 지하층 슬래브를 하향으로 시공하는 단계와; (b) 상기 지하 수직부재를 하나 걸러 시공하는 단계와; (c) 상기 단계 (b)의 시공 후 남은 잔여 지하 수직부재를 하나 걸러 시공하는 단계;를 포함하되, 상기 하나 걸러 시공되는 지하 수직부재는, 지하 슬래브를 하향 시공하면서 상기 지하층의 코어부 또는 기둥을 선행 시공하고, 매트 또는 기초 시공 후에 잔여층의 코어부 또는 기둥의 수직부재를 시공하는 하나 걸러 번갈아 시공되는 역타공법의 지하 수직부재 시공방법을 제공한다.
