METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING BASEMENT VERTICAL MEMBER OF TOP-DOWN METHOD CONSTRUCTED ALTERNATELY
The present invention relates to a method for constructing an underground vertical member of a top-down method alternately constructed every other time, which is improved to shorten an underground vertical member and the overall construction period by providing a construction method for alternately constructing an underground vertical member downward every other time, and then constructing vertical members of the remaining floors after mat and foundation constructions at the same time or during the same period. The method of the present invention comprises the steps of: (a) constructing a temporary retaining wall in the ground; (b) installing a column from a ground floor core unit and column constructed upward while performing a downward construction of an underground structure when constructing an underground structure and a ground structure; (c) constructing a first basement after constructing a first floor; (d) constructing each remaining basement downward in order, and constructing a basement core unit of one basement or a plurality of basements to support a ground floor core unit which is constructed upward; (e) installing a basement framework downward while constructing the ground floor core unit upward in the constructed basement core unit; and (f) constructing the core unit of the basement in advance in the step (e) of installing the basement framework downward, and then installing the core unit every other time.
본 발명은 지하 수직부재를 하나 걸러 번갈아 가면서 아래로 시공하고 이후 매트, 기초 시공 후에는 남은 층의 수직부재를 동시 또는 같은 시기에 일괄 시공하는 공사방법을 제공하여 지하 수직부재 및 전체 공사기간을 단축할 수 있도록 개선된 하나 걸러 번갈아 시공되는 역타공법의 지하 수직부재 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 (a) 지중에 가설 흙막이 벽체를 구축하는 단계와; (b) 지하구조물 및 지상구조물을 시공할 때, 지하구조물의 하향 시공과 병행하여 상향시공되는 지상층 코어부 및 기둥으로부터 기둥을 설치하는 단계와; (c) 지상 1층을 시공한 후, 지하 1층을 시공하는 단계와; (d) 나머지 지하 각층을 하향으로 순서대로 시공하고 상향 시공되는 지상층 코어부를 지지하기 위하여 지하 1개층 또는 지하 복수개층의 지하층 코어부를 시공하는 단계와; (e) 시공되는 상기 지하층 코어부에 지상층 코어부를 상향으로 시공하면서, 이와 병행하여 지하층 골조를 하향으로 설치하는 단계와; (f) 상기 지하층 골조를 하향으로 설치하는 상기 단계 (e)에서, 상기 지하 1개층 코어부를 먼저 시공하고, 이후 하나 걸러 코어부를 설치하는 단계;를 포함하는 하나 걸러 번갈아 시공되는 역타공법의 지하 수직부재 시공방법을 제공한다.
