METHOD FOR ALTERNATELY CONSTRUCTING UNDERGROUND VERTICAL MEMBERS USING TOP-DOWN CONSTRUCTION METHOD
The present invention is intended to shorten a period of underground frame construction in a top-down method for basement level construction, and provides a construction method for alternately constructing underground vertical members (core parts, pillars) down to lower levels and then constructing the remaining vertical members simultaneously, thus making it possible to shorten the construction period. This construction method is characterized by comprising: a first step for excavating a first basement level and constructing a floor of a first level after installing an earth retaining wall and constructing an underground pillar post; a second step for first constructing a core part of one basement level in order to support a core part of above-ground levels which is constructed upwards while constructing a slab of a basement level down to the level below; a third step for alternately constructing underground vertical members downward; and a step for simultaneously constructing the underground vertical members of the remaining levels after constructing a mat of the lowest level or a foundation, wherein the construction period of the underground vertical members is shortened so that subsequent above-ground frame construction and finishing construction can be started early, thus shortening the overall construction period.
La présente invention vise à raccourcir la période de construction d'un bâti souterrain dans une technique descendante pour la construction d'un niveau de soubassement, et concerne un procédé de construction destiné à la construction en alternance d'éléments verticaux souterrains (parties centrales, piliers) jusqu'aux niveaux inférieurs, puis la construction simultanée des éléments verticaux restants, ce qui permet de raccourcir la période de construction. Ce procédé de construction est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend : une première étape consistant à réaliser une excavation d'un premier niveau de soubassement et à construire un plancher du premier niveau après l'installation d'une paroi de soutènement et à construire un pieu pilier souterrain ; une deuxième étape consistant à construire d'abord une partie centrale d'un niveau de soubassement afin de supporter la partie centrale des niveaux au-dessus du sol qui est construite vers le haut tout en construisant une dalle du niveau de soubassement jusqu'au niveau inférieur ; une troisième étape consistant à construire en alternance des éléments verticaux souterrains vers le bas ; et une étape consistant à construire simultanément les éléments verticaux souterrains des niveaux restants après la construction d'un mat du niveau le plus bas ou d'une fondation, la période de construction des éléments verticaux souterrains étant raccourcie de sorte que la construction du bâti au-dessus du sol et la construction de finition ultérieures peuvent être démarrées de manière précoce, ce qui permet de raccourcir la période de construction globale.
본 발명은 건설공사 지하층 역타공법 탑다운에서의 지하 골조공사 기간을 단축하기 위한 것으로, 지하 수직부재(코어부, 기둥)를 하나 걸러 번갈아 가면서 아래층으로 시공하며 이후에는 남은 수직부재를 동시에 시공하는 공사방법을 제공하여 공사기간을 단축할 수 있도록 한다. 흙막이를 설치하고 지하 기둥말뚝을 시공한 후, 지하 1층 터파기 및 지상 1층 바닥을 시공하는 제1단계; 지하층 슬라브를 아래층으로 시공하면서 상향 시공되는 지상층 코어부를 지지하기 위하여 지하 1개층 코어부를 먼저 시공하는 제2단계; 지하 수직부재를 하나 걸러 번갈아 가며 하향으로 시공하는 제3단계; 최하층 매트 또는 기초를 시공한 후, 남은 잔여층 지하 부직부재를 동시에 시공하는 단계; 로 이루어져 지하 수직부재를 단축함으로써 이후의 지상 골조 및 마감공사를 조기에 착수할 수 있게 되어 전체 공사기간을 단축하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
