The present invention relates to a shingle roof and a rooftop waterproofing agent, and a method for waterproofing a shingle roof and a rooftop using the same. The construction method of the present invention, characterized in that a polyurethane-based two-component type waterproofing agent composition containing aliphatic isocyanate and polyol as main components is used, may maintain the non-slip of the shingle roof while maximizing waterproofing performance when waterproofing the shingle roof and the rooftop and prevent stone chips from falling off. In addition, the gloss and color of a coated film can be maintained for a long time, and physical properties such as durability, weather resistance, ultraviolet (UV) safety, water resistance, discoloration resistance, and adhesiveness are enhanced, thereby being expected to be very useful for roof waterproofing and painting (shingles, panels, etc.), rooftop waterproofing, urethane repainting, concrete, ships, bridges, marine structures, and steel structures.
본 발명은 슁글지붕 및 옥상 방수제 및 이를 이용하여 슁글지붕 및 옥상을 방수 시공하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 지방족 이소시아네이트 및 폴리올을 주성분으로 하는 폴리우레탄계 2액형 방수제 조성물을 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 본 발명의 시공방법에 따라 슁글지붕 및 옥상을 방수 시공하면 방수성능이 극대화되면서도 슁글지붕 논슬립 유지되고, 스톤칩 탈락 방지되는 이점이 있다. 또한, 도막의 광택과 색상이 장기간 유지될 수 있으며, 내구성, 내후성, UV (자외선) 안전성, 내수성, 내변색성, 접착력 등 물성이 증대되어 지붕 방수 및 도장 (슁글, 판넬 외), 옥상방수, 우레탄 재도장, 콘크리트, 선박, 교량, 해양구조물, 철재 구조물 등에 매우 유용하게 이용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
