Elastic wedge block and coupler using same
The present invention relates to an elastic wedge block and a coupler using the same. A purpose thereof is to provide an elastic wedge block and a coupler using the same, capable of facilitating the assembly of a rebar and reducing manufacturing costs due to a wedge made of an elastic block. The elastic wedge block comprises at least three jaw wedge pieces disposed with a compression protrusion formed on the inside and a slope formed on the outside, and a louver molding part allowing the jaw wedge pieces to be connected, wherein the elastic wedge block allows a rebar to be inserted therein. Moreover, the coupler using the elastic wedge block includes: an elastic wedge block comprising at least three jaw wedge pieces disposed with a compression protrusion formed on the inside and a slope formed on the outside, and a louver molding part allowing the jaw wedge pieces to be connected, wherein the elastic wedge block allows a rebar to be inserted therein; a sleeve having an inner diameter part formed with a slope to be coupled to the outer surface of the elastic wedge block; a housing formed in a cylindrical shape, to which the elastic wedge block and the sleeve are coupled from both sides, respectively; a first center plate member allowing an end of the rebar to come in tight contact by forming a partition in the housing; and a second center plate member matched with the first center plate member.
본 발명은 탄성웨지 블럭 및 이를 이용한 커플러에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 웨지를 탄성블럭으로 만들어서 철근의 조립이 용이하게 하고, 제조원가도 감소시킬 수 있도록 하는 탄성웨지 블럭 및 이를 이용한 커플러를 제공함에 있다. 탄성웨지 블럭은, 적어도 3개 이상 배치되고, 내측에는 압착돌기가 형성되고, 외측에는 경사면이 형성되어진 죠우 웨지편과, 상기 죠우 웨지편 사이를 연결되도록 하는 루버 몰딩부로 이루어지며 내부로 철근이 삽입되도록 하는 것이다. 또한, 탄성웨지 블럭을 이용한 커플러는, 방사상으로 적어도 3개 이상 배치되고, 내측에는 압착돌기가 형성되고, 외측에는 경사면이 형성되어진 죠우 웨지편과, 상기 죠우 웨지편 사이를 연결되도록 하는 루버 몰딩부로 이루어지며 내부로 철근이 삽입되도록 하는 탄성웨지블럭; 상기 탄성웨지블럭의 외면에 결합되도록 내경은 경사면이 형성되어진 슬리브; 원통형으로 이루어져 상기 탄성웨지블럭과 슬리브가 양측에서 각각 결합되는 하우징; 상기 하우징의 내부에 격벽을 형성하여 철근의 단부가 밀착되어지는 제1센터플레이트부재; 및 상기 제1센터플레이트부재에 대응되는 제2센터플레이트부재; 을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 .
