The present invention relates to a solid wedge coupler. A purpose thereof is to provide a solid wedge coupler capable of minimizing components of a one-touch coupler to simplify production and assembly processes, thereby lowering product costs such that low-cost construction is possible. The solid wedge coupler includes: a solid wedge having a rebar insertion part formed in the horizontal center such that rebars can be inserted into both sides, and having a conical part and a cylindrical part formed on both sides with respect to a central vertical line; and a cap nut coupled to the conical part and the cylindrical part of the solid wedge, wherein a plurality of protrusions are formed on the inner surface of the rebar insertion part, and an open slot part is formed such that the rebar insertion part and the outside can be penetrated in a horizontal direction of the solid wedge.
본 발명은 솔리드 웨지 커플러에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은, 원터치 커플러의 부품을 최소화하여 생산 및 조립공정도 간단하게 함으로써, 제품원가를 저가로 하여 저렴한 시공이 가능한 솔리드 웨지 커플러를 제공함에 있다. 이는 양측면으로 철근이 삽입되도록 수평 중심에 철근 삽입부가 형성되고, 중앙 수직선을 기준으로 양측면에 원추부와 원통부가 형성되어진 솔리드 웨지; 및 상기 솔리드 웨지의 원통부와 원추부에 결합되어지는 캡너트; 를 포함하며, 상기 철근삽입부의 내면에는 복수의 돌기가 형성되고, 상기 솔리드 웨지의 수평방향으로 철근삽입부와 외부가 관통되도록 개방슬롯부가 형성되어진 것이다.
The present invention relates to a solid wedge coupler.
