In order to improve watertightness and assemblability, the present invention provides a fireproof panel with a modular coupling structure, comprising: a first fireproof panel part including a first insulation part, which is provided to have a predetermined thickness, extends in a widthwise direction to constitute a wall surface, and made of a heat insulating material including mineral wool, and a first combined plate part made of metal and including a first outer wall part having an inner surface adhering closely to the outer surface of the first insulation part to cover the same, and a first watertight combination part integrally bent inward from both sides of the first outer wall part to extend and adhering closely to both side surfaces of the first insulation part; a second fireproof panel part including a second insulation part, which is aligned in a widthwise direction on the side surface part of the first insulation part, and including a second combined plate part made of metal and including a second outer wall part, which has an inner surface adhering closely to the outer surface of the second insulation part to cover the same and has an outer surface formed an outer surface contour continuous from the outer surface of the first outer wall part in a widthwise direction, and a second watertight combination part integrally bent inward from both sides of the second outer wall part to extend, adhering to both side surfaces of the second insulation part and combined while being in surface contact with both side surfaces of the first watertight combination part; and a joint panel part made of metal and including a reinforcing plate part arranged to face an inner border area of the first watertight combination part and the second watertight combination part, which adhere closely to each other to be combined, and extending in a widthwise direction, and a pair of bent adhesion parts having an outer surface, which is secondarily bent to both sides to extend from an outer side end primarily bent outward to extend from both sides of the reinforcing plate part, adhering closely to respective inner surfaces of the first insulation part and the second insulation part while being in surface contact therewith.
