The present invention relates to a fireproof panel with a modular coupling structure, which is to improve the ease of assembly and watertight property. The fireproof panel with the modular coupling structure includes a first fireproof panel unit, a second fireproof panel unit, and a complex insulation panel unit. The first fireproof panel unit includes: a first insulation unit extended in the width direction to form a wall surface by having a predetermined first thickness; and a first metallic connection plate unit including a first outer wall unit of which the inner surface closely covers the outer surface of the first insulation unit, wherein the first connection plate unit also includes a first watertight connection unit attached to both sides of the first insulation unit by being integrally bent and extended from both sides of the first outer wall unit to the inner side. The second fireproof panel unit includes: a second insulation unit aligned in the widthwise direction on a side of the first insulation unit; and a second metallic connection plate unit including a second outer wall unit and a second watertight connection unit. The second outer wall unit has the outline of the outer surface continuous with the outer surface of the first outer wall unit in the widthwise direction. The inner surface of the second outer wall unit is attached and covers the outer surface of the second insulation unit. The second watertight connection unit is attached to both sides of the second insulation unit by being integrally bent and extended from both sides of the second outer wall unit to the inner side and connected to both sides of the first watertight connection unit while coming in surface contact with the both sides. The complex insulation panel unit is extended in the widthwise direction on the inner side of the first fireproof panel unit and the second fireproof panel unit. The complex insulation panel unit is connected to the inner side of the first fireproof panel unit and the second fireproof panel unit and is formed of a fiberglass material.
