The present invention relates to a fireproof panel with a modular coupling structure. The fireproof panel with the modular coupling structure improves the ease of assembly. According to the present invention, the fireproof panel with the modular coupling structure includes a plurality of first fireproof panel units, a plurality of second fireproof panel units, and a joint panel unit. Each of the plurality of first fireproof panel units includes: a first insulation unit which is extended in the width direction to form a wall surface by having a predetermined thickness; a first outer wall unit of which the inner surface closely covers the outer surface of the first insulation unit; and a first inner wall unit of which the outer surface closely covers the inner surface of the first insulation unit. Each of the plurality of second fireproof panel units includes: a second insulation unit which is aligned in the widthwise direction while being connected to both sides of the first insulation unit; a second outer wall unit which has the outline of the outer surface continuous with the first outer wall unit, wherein the inner surface of the second outer wall unit closely covers the outer surface of the second insulation unit; and a second inner wall unit which has the outline of the inner surface continuous with the first inner wall unit, wherein the outer surface of the second inner wall unit closely covers the inner surface of the second insulation unit. The joint panel unit includes: a metallic reinforcing plate unit extended in the widthwise direction, and facing an inner boundary area of the first fireproof panel unit and the second fireproof panel unit connected to each other; a pair of bending attachment units, wherein the outer surface secondarily bent and extended from an outer end firstly and integrally bent and extended from both sides of the reinforcing plate unit to the outer side is attached and connected to each inner surface of the first inner wall unit and the second inner wall unit; and a third insulation unit. The inner surface of the third insulation unit is attached to the outer surface of the reinforcing plate unit, and the outer surface of the third insulation unit is attached to each inner surface of the second inner wall unit and the second inner wall unit. Both sides of the third insulation unit are attached to the bending attachment unit.
