본 발명은 건물 발코니의 창호 측 외벽에 태양광 패널을 마감 시공하여 건물의 단열 기능과 함께 태양광 발전으로 에너지원을 효율적으로 획득함을 제공하도록, 건축물 발코니의 외벽면을 이루며 내외로 관통된 개구부를 형성하는 콘크리트벽체와; 상기 콘크리트벽체의 개구부에 대응하여 설치하고 창호프레임 및 발코니창을 구비하는 발코니창호부와; 상기 콘크리트벽체의 외면에 대응하여 설치하되 상기 콘크리트벽체 상하 테두리부를 제외한 외면에 부착되는 외부단열재와; 상기 콘크리트벽체 및 상기 창호프레임의 사이에 개재되되 상기 콘크리트벽체 상하 테두리부에서 상기 외부단열재의 일단과 맞대기 접하여 결합하는 열교차단재와; 상기 외부단열재에 대응하여 외관을 마감하게 설치하되 태양 빛을 수광하여 전기에너지를 생성시키는 태양광패널부;를 포함하고, 상기 태양광패널부는, 태양광모듈과, 상기 태양광모듈을 상기 콘크리트벽체 상에 지지 고정하되 상기 태양광모듈이 상기 외부단열재로부터 간격을 두고 위치하게 고정하는 간극지지구를 포함하는 건물일체형 태양광 모듈의 발코니 설치 단열구조를 제공한다.
The present invention provides a balcony installation insulation structure of a building-integrated solar module in order to efficiently obtain an energy source by solar power generation along with an insulation function of a building by finishing the construction of a solar panel on an outer wall of a window side of a building balcony. The balcony installation insulation structure comprises: a concrete wall forming an outer wall surface of a balcony of a building and forming an opening penetrating inside and outside; a balcony window unit installed corresponding to the opening of the concrete wall and having a window frame and a balcony window; an external insulation material installed corresponding to the outer surface of the concrete wall, wherein the external insulation material is attached to the outer surface except for upper and lower edges of the concrete wall; a thermal bridge barrier interposed between the concrete wall and the window frame and coupled to butt-contact with one end of the external insulation material at the upper and lower edges of the concrete wall; and a solar panel unit which is installed to finish the exterior in correspondence with the external insulation material and generates electric energy by receiving sunlight. The solar panel unit includes a solar module and a gap support for supporting and fixing the solar module on the concrete wall and fixing the solar module at a distance from the external insulation material.
