To provide a balcony structure capable of properly fixing a balcony by utilizing a half precast balcony, on the outside of an atrium.SOLUTION: The balcony structure uses a half-precast balcony 1 that is constructed around the outer periphery of a building frame 200, facing an atrium 210 inside the building frame 200. The balcony structure has a half precast balcony 1 that includes a precast balcony floor slab 11, a girder 209 of the building frame 200, and a steel member 3 that is placed facing a girder 209 above the girder 209. An end 11a on the building frame 200 of the half-precast balcony 1 is built on the girder 209, and the steel member 3 is fixed with the half-precast balcony 1 sandwiched between the girder 209 and the steel member 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
