MANUFACTURING METHOD OF NONFLAMMABLE YELLOW BOARD
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a yellow board having incombustibility and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing a yellow board having incombustibility, comprising: a stirring and reaction step of putting a predetermined amount of raw materials into a stirrer and stirring and mixing the raw materials to react the raw materials; a molding step of adding a foaming agent to a mixture obtained in the stirring and reaction step to foam the mixture, and extruding and molding the mixture in a form of a board in an extrusion mold of an extruder; a first curing treatment step of heating and curing a rectified molded product in the extrusion mold with steam; and a second curing treatment step of removing the first cured molded product from the extrusion mold, washing a surface of the first cured molded product, and heating and curing the washed molded product with steam.
본 발명은 불연성을 갖는 황색 보드 제조 방법에 관련된 것으로서, 구체적으로는 기 설정된 양으로 계량되어 준비된 원료를 교반기에 투입하여 교반 혼합함으로써, 원료들을 반응시키는 교반 및 반응 단계; 상기 교반 및 반응 단계에서 수득되는 혼합물에 발포제를 첨가하여 발포시킨 후, 압출기의 압출 금형에서 보드의 형태로 압출 성형하는 성형 단계; 상기 압출 금형에 정류 중인 성형물을 증기로 가열하여 양생 처리하는 제1 양생 처리 단계; 및, 제1 양생 처리가 완료된 성형물을 상기 압출 금형에서 탈형시킨 후, 표면을 세척하고, 세척된 성형물을 증기로 가열하여 양생 처리하는 제2 양생 처리 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
