본 발명은 콘크리트도로 포장면이 열화된 경우 이를 보수하기 위한 기술에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 에폭시수지조성물을 주제로 하면서도 비가황액상고무를 포함하여 마찰성능이 우수한 동시에 유연성이 확보되고, 저온에서도 신속한 시공이 가능한 미끄럼저항성 에폭시바인더조성물 및 상기 바인더조성물을 이용한 열화 콘크리트도로 포장면 보수방법에 관한 것이다.
