본 발명은 콘크리트 및 아스콘의 부착력을 증강시켜 건물의 강성 및 내구성을 향상시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 아스콘 또는 모르타르를 이용한 마감 층 시공 후 마감 층의 표면에 발생 될 수 있는 균열과 침하를 최소화할 수 있도록 하는 콘크리트 및 아스콘 보강에 사용되는 와이어 메쉬 고정유닛 및 그 고정 유닛을 이용한 와이어 메쉬 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 지면에 고정되는 매설부(100)와, 매설부에서 연장 형성되어 와이어(31)를 꽉 잡아 주는 항타부(120) 및 와이어 메쉬(30)가 마감 층(50)의 중심에 위치되도록 고정해주는 위치 조절편(110)으로 구성된다.
