Manhole pavement block repair method
The present invention relates to a manhole pavement block repair method. According to the present invention, blocks are detachably constructed around a manhole, wherein a flange surrounding contours of the blocks is made of a shock-absorbing rubber material to be divided from a road pavement layer (ascon), and also, the flange is formed to be detached earlier than the blocks, and, accordingly, when the flange is separated, the blocks becomes loose and easy to lift, which can lead to convenience in repaving surroundings of the manhole to be flat or replacing a damaged block. To achieve the purpose, in regard to the manhole pavement block repair method in which a plurality of blocks are constructed on a peripheral foundation layer of a manhole cover, and then, when the flatness of the foundation layer becomes poor or the blocks are damaged, the blocks can be removed and repaired, a pavement layer is formed around the manhole cover except for positions where the blocks are expected to be laid; a plurality of flanges are tightly fit into a corresponding surface gap between the blocks and the pavement layer; joints of the blocks are brought into tight contact and the blocks are fixed with the pavement layer to be flat during the procedure of fitting the flanges between the pavement layer and the blocks; and, when the flanges are separated, a gap between the joints of the blocks becomes loose such that the blocks can be easily lifted up from the manhole cover.
본 발명은 맨홀 주변으로 블록을 탈착가능하게 시공하되, 블록들 외곽을 감싸는 테두리를 완충성 고무재로 구성하여 도로 포장층(아스콘)과 구획되도록 하고 또한 테두리가 블록들 보다 먼저 탈착될 수 있도록 함으로써, 테두리가 분리되면 블록들이 헐겁게 되어 쉽게 들리므로 맨홀 주변을 평탄하게 재포장하거나 또는 파손된 블록을 교체하기 편리한 맨홀 포장블록 보수공법에 관한 것이다. 이를 위하여 본 발명은 맨홀뚜껑 주변 기초층에 다수의 블록을 시공한 뒤 상기 기초층의 평탄도가 불량해지거나 또는 블록의 파손시 상기 블록들을 걷어내고 보수할 수 있도록 한 맨홀 포장블록 보수공법에 있어서, 상기 맨홀뚜껑 주위로 상기 블록이 놓일 자리를 제외하고 포장층이 형성되고; 상기 포장층과 상기 블록들 사이의 대응면 틈새에 다수의 테두리가 억지끼움식으로 구비되고; 상기 테두리가 포장층과 블록들 사이로 끼워지는 과정에서 상기 블록들의 줄눈이 밀착되고 블록들이 포장층과 평탄하게 고정되며; 상기 테두리가 빠지면 상기 블록들의 줄눈 간격이 느슨해져서 상기 블록들을 맨홀뚜껑에서 쉽게 들어낼 수 있도록 한 특징이 있다.

The present invention relates to a manhole pavement block repair method. According to the present invention, blocks are detachably constructed around a manhole, wherein a flange surrounding contours of the blocks is made of a shock-absorbing rubber material to be divided from a road pavement layer (ascon), and also, the flange is formed to be detached earlier than the blocks, and, accordingly, when the flange is separated, the blocks becomes loose and easy to lift, which can lead to convenience in repaving surroundings of the manhole to be flat or replacing a damaged block. To achieve the purpose, in regard to the manhole pavement block repair method in which a plurality of blocks are constructed on a peripheral foundation layer of a manhole cover, and then, when the flatness of the foundation layer becomes poor or the blocks are damaged, the blocks can be removed and repaired, a pavement layer is formed around the manhole cover except for positions where the blocks are expected to be laid; a plurality of flanges are tightly fit into a corresponding surface gap between the blocks and the pavement layer; joints of the blocks are brought into tight contact and the blocks are fixed with the pavement layer to be flat during the procedure of fitting the flanges between the pavement layer and the blocks; and, when the flanges are separated, a gap between the joints of the blocks becomes loose such that the blocks can be easily lifted up from the manhole cover.
