PREVENTION OF CORROSION BURYINGFOR PIPE AND JOINT
The present invention relates to anticorrosive pipe and joint to be buried. According to the present invention, a coating of polyethylene is separately formed on the outer circumference of a metal pipe and a joint where the pipes are joined together in two or three directions, wherein an outer packing member is joined to both or three sides of the joint to shield the exposed area of the joint. In addition to this, the anticorrosive pipe and joint have an extended service life and are economically efficient by preventing the corrosion of the metal pipe and the joint when the metal pipe and the joint are buried in the ground by sealing a gap between them.
본 발명은 부식이 방지되는 매립용 파이프 및 이음쇠에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 금속재질로 이루어진 파이프와 이 파이프가 양측 또는 3방향에서 연결되는 이음쇠 외주연에 PE재질의 코팅층을 각각 형성하고, 이음쇠의 양단 또는 3방향에 외측패킹부재를 결합하여 이음쇠의 노출부위를 차단하는 동시에, 매립용 파이프와의 틈새를 차단하여 매립시 금속재질의 파이프와 이음쇠에서 발생되는 부식 가능성을 극복함으로써 파이프와 이음쇠의 수명을 연장시켜 경제적으로 유익한 효과가 제공된다.
